On April 5, 2024, Centre members will participate in the 25th Conference of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Cezary Błaszczyk and Anna Zientara co- organize a panel entitled: “Towards non-human legal subjectivity,” during which they will deliver papers on the quasi-subjectivity of animals in criminal law and the ideological foundations of the subjectivity of animals and nature. The panel is intended to constitute a dialogue between members of the Faculty who, within the framework of various legal sciences, address the issue of non-human legal subjectivity.
